Super Bowl Online Bets

Do you know what time it is? It’s Super Bowl betting time! We are just a couple of days away from the NFL Divisional Playoffs. We have many great games to bet on this Saturday, January 12th, and Sunday, January 13th. That’s right folks, we have games on Saturday and Sunday again this weekend. Today we will preview this weekend’s NFL playoff games and preview our Super Bowl online betting picks and predictions.

Super Bowl Online Bets

The two games slated for this Saturday are Baltimore Ravens vs. Denver Broncos at 4:30 PM EST, and then in the late game we have the Green Bay Packers vs. San Francisco 49ers at 8:00 PM EST. The Bovada Sportsbook currently has Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos posted as -10 point home favorites. In the late game the Betonline Sportsbook has Frank Gore and the San Francisco 49ers listed at -3.5 betting odds at home to beat Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. These NFL online betting sites just mentioned above have also posted their Super Bowl wagering odds to help you get your Super Bowl online bets in early before the lines dramatically change after this weekend’s games. If you still haven’t gotten your NFL betting fix in after Saturday’s games, then you will have a lot of betting action to get in on for Sunday. As mentioned above, the Seattle Seahawks head into Atlanta to play the Falcons. Most online sports betting sites have the Falcons as home favorites with the Seahawks being +3 point road underdogs. Russell Wilson has had a great rookie season, but is he good enough to beat the Atlanta Falcons in Atlanta in a division playoff game? Maybe not, however we will find out this Sunday. In the big Sunday game we have Tom Brady and his New England Patriots at a stunning 10 point favorite against Matt Schaub and the Houston Texans. Yes, we all know how good the Patriots are, but the Texans are sure to put up more of a fight than what online bookies are predicting.

NFL Playoff Picture

Happy New Year! With a new year brings new hope and new goals. Let’s start off on the right foot with the current NFL playoff picture.

The NFL playoff picture is heating up and it is looking more and more likely that several division winners are already determined. You can expect the Houston Texans, San Francisco 49ers and the Atlanta Falcons to play home playoff games in January 2013. When it comes to NFL online betting odds for the playoffs you best shop around before placing your NFL bets for Super Bowl 2013.

NFL Playoff Picture

One division that is still up for grabs is the NFC East. The Cowboys and Redskins are both tied for 2nd in the division with the Giants holding on to a small lead at most NFL Super Bowl online betting sites over the Internet. The Giants are expected to win this division but don’t be surprised of the Cowboys or Redskins are playing on the last week with playoff implications.

The AFC East playoff picture is a little bit clearer now that we know that the Patriots are the team to beat in that division. The AFC West looks like it is the Denver Broncos division to lose. Many NFL fans are anticipating seeing Tom Brady versus Peyton Manning again in the playoffs. This could very well happen in the divisional round or the AFC championship game on the road to Super Bowl XLVII.

Teams that are on the outside looking in are the Cincinnati Bengals, the Seattle Seahawks and the Minnesota Vikings. Each of these teams has several questions that need to be answered before they can secure a playoff spot in this crowded NFL playoff picture for Super Bowl online betting.

NFL Injury Update

Before you place your next set of NFL bets be sure to do your homework and find out which players are being rested due for injuries, and which players are coming off of injuries on today’s NFL injury update.

NFL Injury Update

So remember the following when it comes to NFL betting over the Internet that NFL online betting odds will dramatically change with NFL injury updates at most online sportsbooks. Every year it seems like a feature player in the NFL has gone down due to an unforeseen incident on the field. Two time Super bowl winner Ben Roethlisberger may be able to return to action against the anticipated rematch between the Steelers and Ravens. Whenever these two teams meet for NFL online bets updates, it is sure to be a game that will be remembered for years to come. This game may also have playoff implications so it is important for the Steelers to get Big Ben back on the field for NFL wagering in the 2013 NFL playoffs.

A key piece to the Dallas offense is still on the injury sideline. Demarco Murray has been a work horse for the Cowboys and for them to make any sort of playoff run he has to be on the field balancing the run and pass game. His foot injury has made him doubtful for this week’s upcoming game.

The Vikings are a different team without Percy Harvin and it will be interesting to see if he can get back on the field before the end of the season. He hasn’t been participating practice and he did not play in last week’s game. If the Vikings can put a healthy Harvin back on the field before the end of the year, they will have a shot at winning an NFL wild card spot.

NFL Week 17 Betting

NFL Week 17 betting is only a couple of days away and then the NFL regular season is officially over. It’s a bit ironic that just as the NFL regular season is coming to an end, the NHL regular season may be beginning as rumors are surfacing today that the NHL lockout may be over.

Let’s get onto business and finish the NFL regular season betting on a high note before heading into the NFL playoffs. In NFL Week 17 we have a lot of great matchups to look forward to with NFL playoff implications. When it comes to football wagering over the Internet we suggest placing your NFL bets at the Top Bet Sportsbook for U.S. players which is one of our top online sportsbooks that we use for NFL betting. Remember, NFL online betting is only fun when you’re winning and getting paid!

NFL Week 17 Betting

Now that you have gotten over looking at the above chick, let’s dive into our NFL Week 17 betting picks for Sunday. First, in a game that nobody will be watching we have the New York Jets playing the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo. The Bills are favored by -3.5 points to beat the Jets. We like the Jets at +3.5 points in this one. Betting on this game is going to be the only reason you end up watching this matchup. Moving on to a game that will be watched and bet on by many, we have the Baltimore Ravens traveling to Cincinnati to play Andy Dalton and the Bengals. The Bengals are favored by 3 points to win at home against the Ravens in this one. We like Cincinnati to win this game and cover the point spread. Remember you can bet on this NFL game and more for NFL playoffs betting at the above reviewed online sportsbooks. In our bonus NFL pick we have the New York Giants hosting the Philadelphia Eagles. NFL online sports betting sites are posting the Giants as -7 point home favorites. A lot of action is being thrown down on the Eagles because of the way Foles is playing but don’t think that Eli Manning and the Giants are going to take this game lightly. We like the Giants at -7 points over the Eagles this Sunday.

NFL Betting Picks

With the NFL playoffs just around the corner we look to finish the NFL regular season strong with our NFL betting picks for NFL online betting. When you place your NFL bets online at the above reviewed online sports betting sites it is always a good idea to take into consideration which teams are fighting for NFL playoff spots and which NFL teams have already clinched playoff spots. Basically, a lot of teams that are still in the NFL playoff hunt may force players to comeback from injury early to play, whereas teams that have already clinched will typically rest their starters. NFL betting predictions should always take opening line odds and line moves into consideration as well which we will look at more closely later.

Making correct NFL picks is hard to do because of the complexity of the game. You also have to factor in the athleticism of an NFL team when it comes to putting men on the field. Just because one team is heavily favored doesn’t mean the team that is an underdog has no shot. When you put elite NFL athletes on the field, any team can win a game.

NFL Betting Picks

With this said, you shouldn’t throw out all of the stats and tips you can find to help you make the right decision. It takes a lot of thought to figure out which team will an NFL game because you must first analyze it from a common sense perspective. Think about this method of NFL betting picks that we will focus on now: Let’s say you check the extended weather forecast for Pittsburgh and it says that severe thunderstorms are likely on the night of a big Steelers game. You know that NFL games that are rainy and sloppy typically don’t score very high. What do you do? You login to Bovada to see if you can bet on the over under betting line on this game. You bet the under because stats say that rainy NFL games often score very low.

Everyone has their own methods of making NFL picks. Regardless of what your method is, the best pick you can make is to pick Bovada.lv as your only online sports book for professional football betting.

NFL Schedule

As we get closer to the end of the NFL regular season let’s take a minute to look at the NFL schedule heading into the NFL playoffs betting for NFL online betting. With the 2013 Super Bowl being played on Sunday, February 3rd, 2013, there is not a lot of time before teams to heat up going into the NFL playoffs. When it comes to NFL betting, hot streaks are everything and momentum gained or list going into January will decide who we see in the 2013 Super Bowl XLVII. For the latest NFL odds and injury updates check out Bovada for NFL betting at Bovada.

The NFL’s upcoming schedule pits some of the divisional rivals against each other in the final weeks of the season which could have serious playoff implications for the teams involved. If you look forward to Week 17, you will see a big matchup brewing between the Packers and the Vikings. This game could setup to be a win or go home type of game for each team playing as the NFC North is one of the most highly competitive divisions in the NFL.

NFL Schedule

Depending on the landscape of the NFC, the Cowboys and Redskins may be playing for a final NFC wild card spot. If you look at the NFC East, the division is balanced from top to bottom and the Redskins, Cowboys or Giants still have a shot at winning the division and securing a home playoff game which is something to keep important note of when it comes to online sports betting.

These games will likely be the gems of Week 17. The only way to add to this excitement is to place a little wager on the team that you think will win. If you have an account at Bovada.lv, you can login to their sports book and bet on each of these games. With each of these teams playing with the potential of their season on the line, these games are that NFL fans love to watch and bet on.

NFL Playoffs Betting

The world hasn’t ended so I guess it is safe to move forward with our update on NFL playoff betting!

You all know what time it is, it’s time for NFL Playoffs Betting at the top sports betting sites! When it comes to NFL online betting on the 2013 NFL playoffs betting it is important to look at the NFL playoff picture early on.

The NFL playoffs betting odds are always enticing because the spreads are much smaller than they would be in the regular season. When elite teams play, you may run into situations where the game might be a pick’em or a 1 to 1 and half point spread. When this occurs, the odds makers may be giving a slight edge to the team playing at home. In fact, the statistics will back you up on this if you decide to bet on the home team winning in the NFL playoffs. Up until last season, the home team has won an astonishing 57% of the time during the wild card round of the NFL playoffs. The percentage rises to 63% in the divisional rounds. It seems that betting on the home team in the NFL playoffs may have some sort of positive expectation over the long run for NFL Internet betting.

NFL Playoffs Betting

Betting on the NFL isn’t typically allowed in localities outside of Las Vegas. Most local casinos do not have a sports book. Betting on an online sports book such as Bovada.lv makes more sense because you bet as much as you want and you are certain to get as much action as you’d like. Bovada offers parlays, teasers and all of your favorite exotic sports betting options. The NFL playoffs are the most exciting part of the NFL season and you can get in on all of the action by joining up with Bovada.lv at the best online sports betting sites.

NFL Betting Over The Internet

Today we will be covering NFL betting over the Internet as we make our way over to NFL Week 16 online wagering. The below NFL odds are currently posted at the Bovada Sportsbook and Topbet Sportsbook for NFL betting over the Internet. When it comes to football online wagering and placing your NFL bets it is important to always look at the latest injury updates before throwing down heavy bets. With the NFL playoffs just a week away we want you to seriously take into account player injuries for NFL playoffs betting.

The end of the NFL regular season is almost here and it is important to look at Week 16 as the last week to bet on NFL games. So many teams try to rest their starters in the final week in preparation for the playoffs thus causing the line makers to not set lines on a lot of football games. This really limits the betting in Week 17 therefore Week 16 brings an end most betting on NFL regular season games.

NFL Betting Over The Internet

There are some intriguing matchups for NFL Week 16. One betting line to keep an eye on is the showdown between the Cowboys and the Saints. Both teams seem to have problems putting together a complete game however the Saints have really shown that they are a team to contend with after recently beating the previously unbeaten Atlanta Falcons. The Cowboys always seem to put together a late game rally to win some close games. This game will be one of the premier games for betting in Week 16 because both teams will likely need a win in order to be in playoff contention. Betting on the NFL’s week 16 is easy if you have a Bovada.lv account. If you don’t have an account at Bovada, you can sign up to begin betting on the NFL inside the United States

NFL Week 15 Betting

NFL Week 15 Betting kicks off with a game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles. This NFL game may not be worth watching without Michael Vick player, but it should be a good game to bet on. The Bovada Sportsbook currently has the Philadelphia Eagles at +5 point home underdogs which is a great line to take.

NFL Week 15 Betting

Remember when it comes to placing your NFL bets it doesn’t always have to be a high profile game for you to make a few bucks on. This is why we love NFL online betting because you can make money without even following the teams you are betting on or against. For all your online sports wagering we recommend the Bovada NFL betting site as our favorite NFL sportsbook for players that live in the USA. Unfortunately Bovada does not accept players from New York, so if you live in New York then we recommend the Topbet Sportsbook as our second favorite online sports betting site for players from the U.S. With the 2013 Super Bowl just a couple of months away you can bet on future Super Bowl betting prop bets now at these great NFL betting sports books.

Week 13 NFL Betting

On your mark, get set, go! It’s time to go over our Week 13 NFL betting picks and predictions to help you navigate through this week of NFL wagering over the Internet. When it comes to Week 13 NFL betting there are a lot of potential upsets we see on the horizon. To get in on the gaming action you can place your NFL bets at our top NFL sportsbooks at the below NFL betting odds for Week 13. When it comes to NFL online betting there are only a handful of online sports wagering sites we trust and one of them, perhaps the biggest, is the Bovada Sportsbook for NFL betting for U.S. players.

Week 13 NFL Betting

Lets first take a look at the Arizona Cardinals traveling across the nation to New York to play the disheveled New York Jets. Unfortunately for the New York Jets they are coming off a big shellacking at the hands of the New England Patriots and are ripe for the picking by the Arizona Cardinals. The Bovada Online Sportsbook currently as the Cardinals sitting at +4.5 favorites in New York against the Jets. We like this line and predict the Arizona Cardinals to cover the +4.5 pointspread.

Another game we like is the Carolina Panthers against the Kansas City Chiefs. Cam Newton goes into Kansas City after a big win over the Philadelphia Eagles in the Monday Night Football game. The Carolina Panthers are currently -3 point road favorites over the Chiefs. We like Cam Newton and the Panthers chances at covering the 3 points so take them if you bet on this NFL game at Bovada.

In the biggest and most looked forward to game in NFL Week 13 betting we have a battle between the Capital City, and the Big Apple. Eli Manning and the New York Giants will travel to the nation’s capital to face Robert Griffin, or you may know him as RG3, and the rest of the Washington Redskins in the late game on Sunday night. Currently the top NFL sportsbooks like BetOnline, Top Bet, and Bovada, all have the Redskins as home underdogs despite RG3’s recent performance. This is probably because the New York Giants looked fantastic over the San Francisco 49ers last week when the Giants came off their bye week. Although we here at NFL Online Betting like RG3 and believe him to be one of the most exciting quarterbacks in the NFL this season, we think the Giants are going to keep on trucking and drive over the Redskins while cover the 3 points afforded to them by online bookmakers.

NFL Week 12 Betting

Welcome to NFL Week 12 Betting where we have a lot of great matchups to look forward to on Sunday and in the Monday Night Football Game. With 3 games in NFL Week 12 already in the books, this is turning out to be one heck of a week for NFL bettors. Many of our followers won big taking the Lions to cover +4 points, the Washington Redskins to win straight up, and the Patriots covering -7.5 points. Those were easy to go 3 for 3 but we have much more of a challenge picking winners for the rest of the games.

NFL Week 12 Betting

Let’s first go over NFL Week 12 odds for some of the more important games for NFL wagering. The Denver Broncos travel to KC to play the Chiefs. The Bovada Online Sportsbook currently has the Broncos posted at -10.5 betting favorites. Taking into consideration the Chiefs impressive effort over the Steelers a couple of weeks ago in the Monday Night game, we like them to put up a decent effort this week against Peyton Manning and the Broncos. Either take the Broncos on the Moneyline, or the Chiefs to cover the +10.5 point spread. Next up in the world of NFL online betting we have Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons, early Super Bowl 2013 favorites, going into Tampa Bay to face off against the Buccaneers. The Falcons, who have only lost one game this season, are only -1.5 road favorites at the Top Bet sportsbook. We really like these NFL betting odds and are all over the -1.5 point spread and the Falcons in this one. When it comes to placing these and other NFL bets there are only a couple of top sports betting sites that we feel comfortable recommending and place our own NFL wagering picks at. Bovada, Top Bet, and BetOnline rank at the top of our list of NFL betting sportsbooks for NFL online betting because of their selection of NFL odds, bonuses, and quick payouts. Now that we have given these sportsbooks a plug, let’s continue with our NFL Week 12 betting picks so that you can beat these sportsbooks. In one of the most anticipated games of this week we have the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers set to do battle on Sunday. The 49ers looked too good last week over the Bears and the 49ers defense should easily be able to obliterate the New Orleans Saints offense. The Bovada sports betting site currently has the Saints posted as +1 home underdogs which we feel is pretty generous to the Saints just because they have been on a little streak as of late and are at home. That goes out the window when it comes to the 49ers defense and we like the 49ers at -1 point road victors.

How To Bet On NFL Games

Today we will be going over how to bet on NFL games for the new NFL bettor that is still trying to get their head around point-spreads and parlay wagering over the Internet. When it comes to NFL online betting you do not need to be a brain surgeon or know anything about rocket science in order to place your bets. You should, however, know that it’s usually a safe bet to stay away from placing wagers on the Miami Dolphins unless the girl below gets named the Dolphins starting quarterback before Sunday. So when you are ready to step into NFL Internet wagering and you are not a Dolphins fan then you need to know which online sports betting sites that are good to place your NFL bets at. Football betting can also refer to soccer bets, but that is not what we are about here. A couple of the sportsbooks we like for NFL betting are the Bovada Sportsbook and TopBet Sportsbook. They both have a 50% signup bonus and similar NFL wagering odds but they differ in wager selections and reputation. We personally believe that the TopBet Sportsbook has a better selection of NFL bets, including their Monday Night Free Bet, but out of the two Bovada has a better reputation and proven Customer Service teams that know their sports betting stuff inside and out.

How to Bet On NFL Games

Betting on NFL games is simple, easy, fun and profitable if you know what you are doing. The first thing you should remember about betting on NFL games is to never bet on the team of which you consider yourself a fan. Betting on sports requires you to remove all emotion from your picks and bet only using hard data presented in front of you when it comes to learning how to bet on NFL games online at the above mentioned NFL betting sites. If you can master this art, you can become a very person just by watching your favorite Sunday afternoon pastime.

If you are new to NFL betting, there are two bets you should be familiar with. The point spread bet and the money line wager. The point spread bet basically says that you can pick a winner and you also get those points given up indicated by the number beside the team. For example, if you see the line: Jets (-4) at Giants, you know that the Jets are a 4 point favorites and in order for you to win a bet placed on the Jets, the Jets would have to win the game by more than 4 points.

The moneyline wager is much simpler to understand. You are betting on the overall winner of the game regardless of point spread. You will get paid odds based on how heavily favored one team is to win over the other. Now that you know how to bet on NFL games, get a Bovada Sportsbook account and begin betting with the most trusted sports betting website on the internet!

Happy Thanksgiving Day Betting

Happy Thanksgiving Day Betting fellow Americans! As we enjoy our day off from work today and treated to 3 NFL games this is going to be one heck of a day to give thanks for. Whether you do the whole turkey thing or not, we hope you can at least find time to enjoy today’s NFL matchups. The below NFL online betting picks and odds are based on NFL lines found at the Bovada Sportsbook for football wagering. Today we have the Detroit Lions playing the Houston Texans in the first game of the day. Next up in the afternoon NFL matchup we have the Washington Redskins playing the Dallas Cowboys. To end the night we will have the late game between the New York Jets and New England Patriots which will be nationally televised on ABC making it the first night NFL game to be broadcasted on ABC since the early 90’s.

NFL Betting

For today’s NFL Thanksgiving Day betting we can tell you that all of these games are going to be worth watching, but may be difficult to bet on. First up we really like the Lions performance this passed Sunday and think at +4 point home underdogs it is a great line to jump on. In the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins game we have Tony Romo going up against RG3. The Bovada Sportsbook has the Cowboys listed at -3 point home favorites which is a betting line we really like. Sure, RG3 is awesome, but this very well may be the most watched game of his career and it will be in Dallas so you know the pressure will get to him for U.S. sports betting sites online including these NFL games. On the other hand, Tony Romo has been on this main stage before and usually has great Novembers. Romo may not be able to do it in the playoffs, but he usually comes up big in regular season games that are nationally televised but don’t really mean much. In the late game we have our top NFL pick of the day. The New England Patriots are traveling to New York to play the Jets. Both the Patriots and Jets are coming off of big wins last Sunday. Mark Sanchez and the Jets played well, but Tom Brady and the Patriots put up 59 points in their win. The Patriots are expected to be without Rob Gronkowski who broke his forearm near the end of last Sunday’s game. Despite not having Gronkowski playing in tonight’s game, we still like the Patriots at -7 points over the Jets. You can bet on these NFL games and more at the Bovada Sportsbook and get yourself a 50% signup bonus for NFL online wagering instantly with a minimum $20 deposit using credit card.

NFL Teams Playoff Chances

With the NFL season winding down as we make our way towards NFL Week 12 there are a lot of NFL football betting playoff odds already being posted for future prop bets. If you have a good feeling about your team you can place a bet now that they will make it to a certain point in the NFL post-season and maybe even the Super Bowl if you are that confident.

The anthem for this NFL season can be summed up in one word: “Parity.” If you examine the records of NFL teams, you’ll understand that about half the league is sitting around .500. This means that both wild card spots are completely up for grabs and barring a major setback from the Texans or Falcons, both teams should comfortably win their divisions and secure the number 1 overall playoff spot in their conferences. As it sits right now, the team with the best chance to make the playoffs is the Falcons.

NFL Playoffs

As it stands right now, the Falcons are about a 99% certainty to make the playoffs. NFC teams with playoff chances around the 20-30% mark are the Redskins, Cardinals and Eagles. AFC teams that are on the outside looking in are the Colts, Titans, Jets and Dolphins. With so many teams sitting at .500, it makes it difficult to tell which NFL team has a clear cut chance of making the playoffs for NFL online betting. Since only 6 teams from each conference make the playoffs, this year’s wild card teams will probably be decided on tie breakers and NFL rules dictating how ties for the same end of season record are handled. If you think that one of these teams has a good chance being in the playoffs, you can always earn money from your expert insight by getting an account at Bovada.lv and placing an NFL team prop bet at the best online sports betting sites this NFL 2012-13 playoff run.

Betting On The 49ers

Today we bring you our San Francisco 49ers betting update for NFL online betting over the Internet at the top USA sportsbooks for NFL Week 11 wagering. The 49ers are one of the big favorites to make the Superbowl and they are also favorites to win their division and get a home playoff game in January. Many analysts say that the 49ers aren’t nearly as good as the 2011 squad. If you look at the two losses of the 49ers as opposed to the 5 wins, you’ll understand that this team is average at best and you should shy away from betting on this team to win multiple playoff games.

Betting 49ers

The 49ers next game is against the division rival Arizona Cardinals in Arizona. The 49ers are 4 point road favorites but you should bet against the 49ers because this game will be closer than 4 points. Both of these teams are defense and run oriented teams which mean the point totals will be low. If the point totals are low, the 49ers will most likely not beat the spread. The 49ers have a few teams left on their schedule in which the games will become defensive struggles. The only teams the 49ers have been defeated by are teams with stellar defenses. Whenever the 49ers play a good defense, you need to adjust your betting strategy accordingly. Take this tip under consideration as you gather more and more information regarding the San Francisco 49ers midseason betting update where you can place your bets at the BetOnline Sportsbook or TopBet Sportsbook which are our top USA sportsbooks for NFL wagering in 2012-13.

Atlanta Falcons Betting Update

Atlanta Falcons Betting Update going into NFL Week 11 where the Atlanta Falcons are no longer undefeated after Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints handed the Falcons their first loss of the NFL wagering online season. At the beginning of the NFL season, all of the experts had written off the Atlanta Falcons as not being a serious contender to win the Superbowl. Now that the first few weeks of the season are behind us, it’s imperative to take another look at the Falcons and reevaluate their team’s chances to win the Superbowl. The Falcons are an impressive 4-2 against the spread with all three away games being big wins for them. It is interesting that the Falcons are 1-2 against the spread at home which may scare some sports bettors away from this team. Most sports bettors think that if a team can’t beat the spread at home, then the team might be overrated. You should also note that Atlanta’s last three wins
were by one score or less.

Atlanta Falcons Betting Update

At 6-0, the falcons only need to win 4 or 5 more games to ensure themselves a playoff spot at the end of the season. The Falcons will face a tough upcoming schedule that includes all of their division games and tough defensive teams such as the Arizona Cardinals and the New York Giants. The Falcons will lose a few games this season but if you want a safe bet, bet on the point totals for these upcoming games for NFL online betting. If the lines are anywhere below 48, you may want to bet the under because each team in this division is explosive and you will stand to see some fireworks at the NFC South teams hash it out on the gridiron to claim division supremacy on their road to Super Bowl 47.

So, now onto your National Football League Internet wagering picks for Week 9 with our game changer picks involving the Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos and New York Giants. No, these teams are not playing a round robin tournament but they will be in key games this week in NFL Week 9 betting and we like them to cover the point spread. First, in our favorite pick of Week 9 we like the Atlanta Falcons as -4 point favorites in the late game on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. Tony, No Show, Romo and his Dallas Cowboys can’t seem to do anything right after their season opener and there is no way they are going to start now in Atlanta of all places. Next we like Peyton Manning to cover the -4.5 point spread over the Bengals, and we also pick the New York Giants to cover the -3.5 points against the Steelers. So in summation, we like both the Manning brothers to cover their respective point spreads and for the Falcons to move to 9-0 in NFL online betting in Week 9.

NFL Betting Trends

Today we will look at following NFL betting trends and the top online sportsbooks to make your NFL picks with. Stick around and see if you can’t find some NFL online betting information to help you with your picks going forward to finish off the NFL regular season and into the NFL playoffs.

Finding NFL Betting Trends will help you figure out the intricacies of betting on football because you can start assigning patterns to certain team’s play. For example, the Tennessee Titans have lost all of their road games by over 20 points this season. Tennessee also has one of the worst defenses in the league. When you couple these two trends together, you can easily formulate that betting against the Titans on the road is a safe bet.

NFL Betting Trends

Another NFL betting trend you should be cognizant of is the faulty play of the New England Patriots. Have you noticed how little this dynamic team has scored this season? If you like to bet the over or under on combined point total wagers, betting under the line in New England Patriots games may have some merit.

If you haven’t noticed any NFL Betting Trends while watching the first few weeks of this season, go back and re-watch some of the games on teams who you think you can make money off of the rest of the season. Some teams tend to give up on weak coaching staffs at the end of the season, if you see a team in trouble that may have a new head coach next year, go ahead and bet against that team and you will profit more than not. When it comes to NFL online betting it is just as important finding the top online sportsbooks to bet with as it is following NFL betting trends for the latest NFL betting odds.

Chicago Bears NFL Betting

Indianapolis Colts vs Chicago Bears

This much anticipated season opening game for the Indianapolis Colts will give their fans a taste of what Andrew Luck is all about. His first assignment as Peyton Manning heir will be to figure out the Chicago Bears defense. Luck isn’t all that lucky to have drawn one of the best defenses in the NFL to make his pro debut against but it will at least give Colts fans a preview of the season. If this game shows promise, this season might be good for the season. If the Colts come out and play like they did last season, Andrew Luck will not have a good rookie season.

The Bears are the favorites to win this game as they look to begin their season on a positive note. Soldier Field in Chicago is one of the toughest NFL stadiums to play in and Bears Quarterback Jay Cutler will look to rally crowd as the Bears kick off this promising season. The Bears biggest offensive weapon sits in the backfield. Matt Forte will look to carry the ball at least 15 times a game in order to balance out the Bears offense and confuse the Colts defense. Although the spread will be marginal, the Bears could win this game by double digits considering it is Luck’s first NFL game and the Bears are playing at home which is something to keep in mind when wagering with NFL betting sites for NFL online betting in the 2012-13 National Football League wagering season.

New York Giants Betting Favorites

A few weeks into the NFL betting season the New York Giants are playing their “underdog” card again. Now head coach Tom Coughlin says him and his players are getting no respect despite winning two Super Bowls in the last few seasons.

The NFL regular season kicks off on Wednesday September the 5th at 8:30PM EST on NBC when the Dallas Cowboys travel to Metlife Stadium to face the Superbowl Champion New York Giants. This primetime season opener will have all of the bravada associated with kicking off a new NFL season. This game is potentially a preview of a game we may see happen again in the playoffs.

The Cowboys and Giants rivalry needs almost no introduction. With Tony Romo returning as one of the leagues best out of the pocket passers, the Cowboys look to start off their season on a positive note. It will be tough to beat the reigning Superbowl champions on their home field but if any team can do it, the Dallas Cowboys are the team to do it.

If Eli Manning comes out and plays like he played to finish the season last year, the Cowboys defense may be in for a long night. When Eli Manning is playing at his best, he is simply unstoppable. It will be interesting to see how Manning performs against this stacked Dallas defense. Rob Ryan was hired as the Cowboy’s defensive coordinator so that he could shore up any weaknesses against the division rivals. This NFL opening night game will be a big test to see if Rob Ryan’s defense will be able to hold off a talented team like the Giants who will undoubtedly make the NFL playoffs again in 2013 for a shot at Super Bowl 2013 in New Orleans. When it comes to New York Giants betting in the NFL playoffs you know that they are a good pick for Super Bowl 2013 for NFL wagering types.

Atlanta Falcons Still Undefeated

As you all know that Atlanta Falcons go into Week 7 still undefeated which is a pretty great feat for quartback Matt Ryan.

Below is a look at the Falcons NFL Week 1: Atlanta Falcons at Kansas City Chiefs game where the Falcons killed the Chiefs.

Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons will travel to the Midwest to take on the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs are looking to find their identity in this upcoming 2012 NFL season while the Falcons are trying to get over the hump and be a perennial playoff threat. Mike Smith, the head coach of the Falcons, may be coaching for his job this season. Although Smith has been relatively successful in Atlanta, this season will probably define his reign as head coach over the Falcons.

The Chiefs are led by Matt Kassell and their new head coach Romeo Crennel. Crennel has 3 Superbowl victories under his belt as defensive coordinator for the New England Patriots and he knows how to motivate a team to win. If you are looking for a week 1 upset, the Chiefs may defeat the Falcons. Either of these two teams have the potential to surprise their fan bases and make a Superbowl run this season. Since the Chiefs are playing this game at Arrowhead Pond, you have to give a slight advantage to the Chiefs in this game even though sports books may say otherwise. This game will be played in Kansas City, Missouri on September 9th 2012 at 1:00PM. The game will be broadcast regionally on FOX. Check your local listings for more information and back here for the latest Atlanta Falcons NFL betting odds to see if the Atlanta Falcons undefeated streak can continue for NFL online betting in 2012-13.

Tom Brady New England Patriots Betting Odds

Here is a recap of what happened a couple of weeks ago in the NFL for NFL Week 1 betting: New England Patriots at Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans look to kick off their season at home against the New England Patriots. The Patriots were just in the Superbowl and they look to get back to the Promised Land as they face off against the Titans. If you remember, the last time the Patriots and Titans met, the Patriots beat the Titans 59-0 in the snow. You shouldn’t let that result influence your prediction on this game because this is a new Titans team that has a new way of doing business.

The Titans will look to establish the run early with Chris Johnson. If Johnson isn’t able to become a factor early in the game, the Titans will have a tough time against Tom Brady and the potent New England offense. The best way to beat the New England offense is to not even let them on the field. This game will come down to ball control and which ever team holds onto the ball will win the game. It will be interesting to see if the Titans decide to Jake Locker at quarterback or if they have decided to go with Matt Hasselbeck throughout the season. This game will take place on September 9th 2012 at LP Field in Nashville, Tennessee at 1:00PM EST. This game will be broadcast regionally on CBS where you can also watch Super Bowl 2013 for your NFL online betting picks and predictions on or against Tom Brady who is currently a favorite for XLVI Super Bowl betting.

Bet On Michael Vick Philadelphia Eagles

NFL Week 1: Philadelphia Eagles at Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns were one of the worst teams in the NFL last year and this year, they look to right the ship and get back on course to be competitive within their ultra competitive division. The Eagles also had a lack luster season last year. When you have two teams that are looking to prove themselves, it could make for an exciting week 1 matchup. Eagles’ fans are anxious to see if Michael Vick can stay healthy and out of trouble this year. If he can, the Eagles offense could be unstoppable. Last season, the problem wasn’t on offense; the Eagles’ problem was on defense. If the Eagles can step it up on the defensive side of the ball, this team could be extremely dangerous late in the season.

On the other hand, the Browns have questions all over the field including at the quarterback position. Many within the Browns organization feel like Colt McCoy isn’t the long term solution at quarterback for the browns. That’s why the Browns drafted Brandon Weeden. It is unclear which quarterback will start on week 1 of the NFL season for the Browns. We will have to wait and see which quarterback is named on top of the depth charts in order to accurately determine a starting quarterback for the Browns. This game will be played at Cleveland Browns Stadium on September 9th 2012 at 1PM EST. The game will be broadcast on Fox and you can bet on Michael Vick and place your NFL bets at the SBG Global online sportsbook for football wagering online.

Jacksonville Jaguars Minnesota Vikings NFL Odds

NFL Week 1 Wrap-Up for NFL odds Betting: Jacksonville Jaguars at Minnesota Vikings

The Jaguars are hoping that 2nd year quarterback Blaine Gabbert can focus on his delivery thus resulting in more accurate passes and more wins for the Jaguars. The Jags may not have many winnable games on their tough schedule. However, the Jags’ week 1 matchup may be a game that they can go on the road and grab a win.

The Vikings are in the same situation as the Jags. Both teams need leadership because both teams are young and inexperienced. The Vikings quarterback, Christian Ponder also came from the same draft class as Blaine Gabbert. The Jags recently hired an offensive expert in Mike Mularkey to help guide Blaine Gabbert in the right direction. It will be interesting to see what kind of impact Mularkey has on the team when it comes to viewing the latest NFL online betting odds for the 2012-13 season.

Look for this game to be dominated by each team’s running back. Maurice Jones-Drew is a small, compact back that can take a beating and stay on his feet in order to get extra yardage. Instead of taking a beating, the Vikings running back Adrian Peterson gives beatings to those that stand in his way. Peterson’s aggressive, run-you-over, style of running has made a distinguished back within the league. This game will be played at the Mall of America Field near Minneapolis, Minnesota on September 9th 2012 at 1:00PM.

Buffalo Bills at NY Jets NFL Betting

NFL Week 1: Buffalo Bills at NY Jets (Please note this is just a recap from NFL Week 1 Betting)

The Buffalo Bills have been retooling during this offseason so that they can become a threat this season. Their first test is on the Road at Metlife Stadium against the New York Jets. The Bills recently acquired Mario Williams along with a slew of draft day talent. Since these two division rivals meet twice a year, the winner of this game should be able to make their own destiny within the division.

Ryan Fitzpatrick will have his hands full as he tries to figure out the complex Jets defense. Darrelle Revis will likely match up with stand out Bills receiver Stevie Johnson as the Jets look to lock down the Bills explosive offense. C.J. Spiller, the Bills running back, will need to step up his game in order to establish the running game thus setting up the passing game.

The Jets will start Mark Sanchez at quarterback but many speculate that backup quarterback Tim Tebow could get playing time as many analysts predict that the Jets will institute some sort of two quarterback system. The Jets have been silent about their plans at quarterback going forward other than Mark Sanchez being the starting the quarterback. It has not been determined if this game plan will change. However, all eyes will be on this game to see if Tim Tebow gets any action on the field. If he does, there might a quarterback controversy in New York when it comes to online sports betting for the NFL season.

St. Louis Rams at Detroit Lions Betting

NFL Week 1 RECAP for NFL Internet Wagering: St. Louis Rams at Detroit Lions

The Rams will travel to Ford Field in Detroit to take on the Lions in what many analysts think will be a shoot out. These two teams both play on artificial turf which means these two teams have the ability to move up and down the field quickly. Rams new head coach Jeff Fisher will take on one of his former pupils in Jim Schwartz. Since Schwartz became the head coach of the Lions, the Lions have steadily improved while leading the team to their first playoff appearance in quite some time. Matt Stafford and Calvin Johnson will certainly light up the field as this duo poses a threat to the entire NFL. Defenses simply don’t have an answer for Stafford and Johnson and it will be interesting to see if the Rams can come up with an answer for them on defense.

Jeff Fisher is a defense first coach and he will try to force the Lions into making mistakes. If the Lions begin making mistakes, Jeff Fisher will look to capitalize and turn those mistakes into field goals or touchdowns. The Lions should be the favorites in this game although it is hard to count out the Rams. Their leadership change may be the spark the team needed in order to become competitive in the NFL again for your NFL bets.

San Francisco 49ers Green Bay Packers Wagering

NFL Week 1 RECAP: San Francisco 49ers at Green Bay Packers

The 49ers will travel to the not so frozen tundra of Lambeau field to play this week 1 game against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. The Packers and 49ers were both successful last season with the Packers going 15-1 in the regular season and the 49ers almost going to the Superbowl. Each of these two teams has success to build upon and they will look to exert their wills against each other during this classic gridiron matchup.

The 49ers and Coach Jim Harbaugh must go on the road and play lights out defense in order to beat the talented Green Bay offense. Aaron Rodgers can not turn the ball over if he expects to win this game at home. The 49er’s ball hawking defense will try to read Rodgers and anticipate his throws in order to intercept the pass. This strategy is risky because if Rodgers connects on a pass, the receiver may have already burned the defender and turned the corner in order to put points up on the board. This high risk, high reward strategy is what got the 49ers so far during last season. The Packers know this and they will try to exploit any windows of opportunity that 49ers give them. This game should be a low scoring affair with the winner winning by less than 3 and half points.

NFL Betting Weekly Recap

Below is a NFL Betting Weekly Recap of our Week 1 Picks.

You can always expect a shootout to take place when the Seahawks and the Cardinals meet up. The Arizona Cardinals look to establish Kevin Kolb as their permanent quarterback this season as he and Larry Fitzgerald look to get on the same page and become a duo to be reckoned with in this league. The Seahawks look to shore up their defense with many of their draft picks. As of now, the starting QB for the Seahawks is Tavaris Jackson.

Pete Carroll, the head coach of the Seahawks, is entering a make or break year regarding his job. If Carroll puts together another disappointing season as Seahawks coach, this may be his last season coaching in the NFL. The success of this season will define the future of the Seahawks franchise. The Cardinals are in a similar situation except their coach, Ken Wisenhunt, has taken the Cardinals to the Superbowl before therefore the Cardinals just need to establish the quarterback position and enhance their defensive line so that they can be the number one contenders to win the division title again.

This game will weed out the pretenders of the NFC West division and show you who the real contender is. With the Rams being upgraded and the 49ers looking to be in Superbowl form already, this game could tell us a lot about the future of this division. This game takes place at University of Phoenix stadium near Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday September 9th at 4:25PM EST for your NFL bets when it comes to NFL online betting.

RG3 Redskins Injury Update

We have an RG3 Redskins Injury Update for this Sunday’s game when the Washington Redskins face the Minnesota Vikings and Adrian Peterson. Robert Griffin the III will be cleared to play this Sunday barring any unforeseen set backs during the Redskins practices.

Below was our NFL Week 1 recap: Washington Redskins at New Orleans Saints

This Sunday afternoon matchup could be the premier football game for many NFL fans because in the wake the Saints bounty scandal, many leaders in the Saints locker room are missing such as head coach Sean Payton. Joe Vitt, the former linebackers coach for the Saints, has now been promoted to interim head coach. While the Saints organization will be buzzing with storylines, this could be the first time we see the Redskins rookie quarterback on the field.

Robert Griffin III was drafted out of Baylor to become the new quarterback for the Redskins. Back in May, the Redskins went ahead and squashed any talk about RG3 not being the starting Quarterback during week 1 of the NFL season. Rex Grossman will be taking a spot on the bench while RG3 gets the keys to the offense. We really don’t know what to expect when RG3 takes the field against the Saints. This game is a complete toss up in terms of who is going to win and it will come down to which ever team wants it more. Drew Brees must put the Saints on his back and carry the team to a victory because this team may not be able to on defense and special teams alone. This game will be played at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana at 1:00PM. The game will be shown nationally on Fox.

Minnesota Vikings Betting Preview

This Minnesota Vikings betting preview will go over how the Vikings stack up with Christian Ponder at the helm, and where to place your NFL bets this season.

The Vikings have some real work to do in order to get back to prominence. While the Vikings are projected to win more games this season than they did last season, it still won’t be enough to get past three of the toughest teams in the NFL when you think about their divisional adversaries. The Vikings have big questions at various spots on the offensive side of the ball including quarterback. If the Vikings have put their faith in Christian Ponder, he will have to mature and progress as a quarterback for the Vikings to begin winning football games. When it comes to wagering at the top U.S. sports betting sites when watching NFL games we like the SBG Global sportsbook for US bettors. If you plan to watch NFL games this season then NFL betting pretty much goes hand in hand so what better sportsbook to bet on NFL games than with the newly redesigned SBG Global online sports betting site for American players.

Minnesota Vikings Betting Preview

The Vikings are currently at 100/1 to win the Superbowl. The uncertainty of this franchise should make you want to stay away from this bet because this team is unsure at head coach, quarterback and many people are uncertain about the team’s ability to stay in Minnesota. The team desperately needs a new stadium because the Metrodome is collapsing and needs renovations badly. When you have this much uncertainty, you shouldn’t be making 100/1 long shot bets. All things considered, if you place this bet and if you are correct, you will certainly enjoy your enormous profit. If you are looking for an online sports book that specializes in NFL betting, may we suggest checking out SBG Global sports betting site? The SBG Global online sports book is known for publishing favorable betting odds and processing quick cash outs.

NFL Bets Online

When it comes to placing your NFL bets online there are many online sports betting sites to choose from. Whether you are a big NFL bettor or just like to dabble in certain NFL matchups and College Football games, the NFL betting site you choose can make a huge difference on how you bet on NFL games. From new player bonuses, betting selections, and wagering odds, many of the top sportsbooks online are nothing alike.

NFL Bets

Take the TopBet Sportsbook for example. TopBet launched last year in 2011 and quickly became the online sports betting site with the highest signup bonus and easiest deposit options. What Top Bet lacks in aesthetic features, they more than make up for with their bonuses. Next up we have the Bovada NFL sportsbook. Bovada may not have huge signup bonuses or even early posted betting odds, but the Bovada Customer Service team is hands down the best online sportsbook Customer support team out of any online sports betting site I have ever played at or have heard of. After TopBet and the Bovada sports book we come to the SBG Global sports wagering site. SBG Global may not be much to look at, their bonuses may be weak and have poor customer service, but they have great betting odds and quick payouts which place them in our top 3 sports online betting sites for American players.

After you have chosen an online sportsbook that is worthy of your NFL bets, next is knowing who to bet on, when to bet on them, and how much to place your bets for. We always believe that you should never bet more than 20% of your balance regardless of how much you have in your bankroll and what the game is. Never bet more than 20% of your bank roll on a single betting event. For example, if you deposited $100 with the Bovada Sportsbook and you wanted to bet on the Giants this Sunday, then the maximum you should place on this one Giants game would be $20. Does that make sense? If not please feel free to send over any questions you may have regarding bankroll management when placing your NFL bets online. We want to remind you that NFL online betting is a great pastime, don’t ruin it by losing your shirt!

Jacksonville Jaguars Wagering Review

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a team that has remained largely irrelevant over the past few seasons. Just like other teams that are enormous long shots at winning the Superbowl, the Jacksonville Jaguars will have to improve immensely before they can enter into the Superbowl conversation. The Jacksonville Jaguars and their quarterback Blaine Gabbert will look to take strides into the right direction this season as they try to find a way to become winners this season. Last season, there were talks of “Suck for Luck” which essentially meant if the Colts lost enough games, they would be able to draft phenomenal rookie quarterback Andrew Luck. Since the Colts were successful in their “Suck for Luck” quest, it will now be interesting to see if the Colts still suck with Luck as their starting quarterback. The colts of last season weren’t terrible. In fact, many of their losses were close losses that could have gone either way. Needless to say, the Colts have a new coaching staff and a new quarterback and a new way of doing business now that the Peyton Manning era has ended in Indianapolis. The Colts play in Lucas Oil Stadium and their ambitions of reaching the playoffs and hosting a playoff game on their home field look quite grim.

Indianapolis Colts Betting Preview

In terms of betting odds, the Colts are 150/1 to make the Superbowl. Since the Colts are in the middle of rebuilding, it may not be a good idea to place a wager on the Colts to win the Superbowl. Stranger things have happened but the Colts will have to pull it together quickly with their new quarterback and coaching staff.
