NFL Hall of Fame Game Preview: Green Bay vs. Indianapolis

The NFL customarily kicks off its preseason with a game at the Football Hall of Fame complex located in Canton, Ohio. This prestigious game gives NFL fans their first taste of football for the 2016-2017 NFL season.

You can expect both Andrew Luck and Aaron Rodgers to be in action at the Hall of Fame preseason game this year. Don’t expect them to play very long though. Since all coaches want to preserve the health of their star players during the preseason, Rodgers and Luck will likely play no more than the first quarter.

NFL Hall of Fame Game Preview: Green Bay vs. Indianapolis

From a betting perspective, this can make things tricky. After all, how do you predict the outcome of an NFL preseason game when many of the marquis players are on the bench. One option is to bet on the 1st half point spread, instead of the point spread of the entire game. Another idea is to simply bet on the over/under in regards to the total number of points.

In the case of the Green Bay Packers versus the Indianapolis Colts, the odds makers have labeled the game a pick’em, meaning there is no point spread. BetOnline has the point total listed for this game at 36. The 2016 NFL Hall of Fame NFL Preseason game will be held on August 7th 2016 and it will be broadcast on ESPN at 7PM EST. Don’t miss out on the very first preseason football game of the 2016-2017 NFL season.
