The Chicago Bears finished fourth in the NFC North Division in 2015 with a 6-10 record. If the Bears want to finish higher and possibly attain a playoff spot in the post-season then they are going to have to make some changes.

John Fox, the head coach for the Bears, knows that they can’t have a repeat of last year’s failures. His team must ramp of the competition on the field, and the personnel have been working all off-season to give the loyal Bears fans something to cheer about.

Jay Cutler has the arm to lead the Bears to a winning season, but he is going to need some help from the rest of the team. Cutler spent much of the season on the bench in 2015 nursing a season ending injury, but he is healthy and is ready to lead the Bears to a successful regular season and possible playoff spot.

The Bears have been working hard all off-season getting prepared for 2016. They will have a healthy quarterback and have drafted some exciting players out of college to help shore-up a team in need of depth. The Bears do face some tough preseason odds of reaching the Super Bowl at 50/1, but stranger things have happened in the NFL.
